With link: Police officer killed in Freemansburg, Pa., shooting
It happened at 126 Washington Street around 5:15.
Someone on the scene performed CPR and the officer was rushed to St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill where he later died, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.
Sources tell us a suspect is in custody.
